In this section is an online workout menu, comprising videos of exercises, with written instructions, which combine to make an all-over workout.
The training exercises are all very traditional-style exercises, very effective and which can be performed at home or in a gym. Many of the exercises are body-weight exercises, but a few use some wieghts. Always start with a weight that is too light for you and work up to heavier weights gradually.
There are several exercise programmes which have been designed as a General Conditioning work-out, a Lower-Body workout, an Upper-Body workout and a Cardio workout. Or you can choose to follow your own programme and combine the exercises as you see fit.
There is also a whole series of "warm-down" stretches to be done after exercising to minimise aches and pains, and to increase flexibility and suppleness.
